Preferential Travel Insurance has launched a travel insurance product targeted towards travel agents booking dynamically packaged holidays for their clients.
 
This new travel insurance covers customers of travel agents for financial loss of up to £2,000 per person in the event of the insolvency of a travel provider ‘which does not form part of an inclusive holiday package’.  This means that if they have booked any element of their holiday separately through the agent – flights, hotel or villa accommodation, car hire, ferries, railway journeys, and excursions – then they are covered in case that travel provider ‘goes bust’.
